Remember the Time
As I sit lugubriously
watching the Clock,
Counting the minutes,
Endlessly bound to the ticking,

Tick Tock
Tick Tock

Wandering in a separate world:
My Mind seeing his Altruistic attitude,
Knowing the falseness of the situation at hand.
I fear I cannot do anything but listen,

Tick Tock
Tick Tock
Tick Tock

the Seconds are Coming Faster Now
as Time speeds to My Finish Line.
Race or no Race I know I have Lost
to Him, and I’m now counting down,

Tick Tock
Tick Tock
Tick Tock
Tick Tock

Spinning are the hands of Time.
a Swinging Pendulum the only Antagonist left;
He is but a receding memory,
as All I have now is this clock,

Tick Tock
Tick Tock
Tick Tock Tick Tock
Tick Tock Tick Tock

Acrid Tears are Falling Now,
From where I am Not sure.
These Eyes of Mine are Dry,
and the Chronic ticking Goes on,

Tick Tock Tick Tock
Tick Tock Tick Tock Tick Tock
Tick Tock Tick Tock Tick Tock

The Minutes have become Seconds.
What is a day Anymore?
this Clock of Mine, or His,
Incessantly ticking, If Only I could,

Tick Tock Tick Tock Tick Tock
Tick Tock Tick Tock Tick Tock Tick Tock
Tick…
